My name is Jesse and I'm an amateur/professional magician.  More amateur than professional unfortunately, but due to time and motivation most of my magic is conceived and performed in this very chair I write this in.  I have been fondling a deck of cards for 20 years now and don't plan on stopping anytime soon.  To me card magic is as much of a personal art as much as or maybe more so than a performing art.  I love seeing the things I can do with my hands and come up with in my head, I also love philosophising and theory crafting magic but until now I've chosen to keep it all to my self. 
        This blog will give me the chance to share (if only with myself) and maybe mildly entertain others who love the art of magic and subterfuge.  This blog won't be all cards, but cards will probably be my main focus.  Please feel free to drop me a line on Twitter or comment on any of my up and coming You Tube videos.  I can only hope that while you read this blog, you be fondling your deck along with me as we delve into my thoughts on one of my most favourite past times.
